AI is definitely going to change how we work. But right now, we’re in this weird in-between phase: lots of people are playing with AI, not enough are putting it to work.

I’ve been spending time with my teams to change that. My focus is helping real people bring AI into the work they already do—teaching them how to use it inside their day-to-day, not in some hypothetical future.
